Processing Times

Most TDCC Apparel products are made to order. Orders typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, production times may be extended.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping on orders over $149 CAD (Canada)
• Orders under $149 CAD are subject to applicable shipping rates shown at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and carrier rates.

Estimated Delivery Times

After production is complete:

• Canada: 5–10 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: Delivery times vary by destination

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate. TD Contracting & Construction is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses entered during checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will work with the carrier and fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.
